About Simon Lyall

I am a Linux System Administrator living and working in Auckland, New Zealand. For the last 4 years I’ve worked in the operations team for one of New Zealand’s top 10 websites. Before that I worked on Email, DNS, Web and Radius services for some large New Zealand ISPs.

Outside of IT my main active interest is chess. I participate in tournaments and are actively trying to improve my rating.
